the red ring means that the level is a 'timepiece' level.

Under one of the blocks is a red ring that acts as a portal to a hidden level. See if you can find it! There are 24 to be found in total.

It is possible in 25 moves. Don't worry, it took us a a few tries to discover this too! I'm not sure why it credited your 28 moves as Perfect.

Pressing the plaques themselves now displays the shelf summary. In the latest versions, to activate the cheat, don't tap on the plaques themselves, but slightly right of the plaques.

Yes, that is the correct sequence for unlocking Quell Reflect levels. Will check with our programmer for suggestions as to why that might not be working. As far as I know it should work.
