Hi Donna,

not that I'm aware of! You could ask on our Facebook page... www.facebook.com/quell.game

Hi Roger,

That is strange. The only things we can think of are:

(1) You have in-app purchases turned off on your device
(2) You aren't signed in on Google Play

If it's neither of these things, you might be interested to know that purchasing the full version of the game will give you the ad-free experience. However, your progress will not be carried over, so you'd effectively be starting again.

Hi Roger,

you just need to click on the shopping cart icon to access the In-App Purchases. From there you can click remove ads.

Hope this helps,

Lewis

Hi Bob,

I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer progress from Android to iOS, or vice versa.

If you drop me a line at social[at]fallentreegames[dot]com I might be able to help out in a different way.

Hi Jean,

the transporters work in both directions. You just need to maneuver a character above the 'outgoing' transporter, and clear a space (by making a word) below the 'incoming' transporter. 'Science' will then take care of the rest.

Let me know if you have any problems!

Hi Donna,

I don't have a 2DS with me at the moment. It should be the same as the mobile version. Here's the solution for that.

Hope this helps!

Hi John,

The '+' versions are paid, and the 'non+' versions are trial versions with extra chapters available as in-app purchases.

We never got around to releasing a free version of Reflect, on Android.

Hope this helps.
Good idea. Might be worth a try.

If it doesn't work, I can issue a refund for the purchase.
Hi Patsy,

I'm sorry you've experienced an issue.

All purchases made should be visible on all copies of the same game on different android devices that are connected to the same account on Google Play, assuming syncing is turned on. You might need to press 'Check for Missing Purchases'.

Let us know if you have any problems.

Thanks for your feedback and patience Thomas! Sometimes mobile can be a challenging platform to develop for, as there are thousands of different devices and a fix on one device may not necessarily fix it on another.

Looks like this update should be a step in the right direction anyway, so thanks for helping us figure it out.
