The green gates allow passage until they become activated (when they change from one circle to 9 circles).

It's not entirely clear from your message where the male tile is stopping, but it sounds like it's behaving as expected? Check the solution.

Can you send a screenshot of the issue if it's still occurring?

HI Melanie. Is it showing the trophies in the in-game achievement list, or only from within the Gamecircle popup?

That's odd. Could you check that the version you have installed is Quell Reflect v1.77 ? You can check this by going into your Kindle settings -> Applications, and finding it in the list of installed applications.
