Reflect STILL does not save progress correctly. Kindle HD

Hello,
I have given up paying Reflect on my Kindle because it does not save progress correctly. I know was a fix promised back in December...still waiting. I tried uninstall/reinstall - which started me back at zero. Did the first two levels in perfect moves. Checked progress screen to make sure they showed gold. Exited the game. Returned to find only silver and 0 perfect games. Tried hard reset. Same results. No sense playing it if all incentives are wiped out. Why a promise but no fix?

Hi Melanie

That's odd. Could you check that the version you have installed is Quell Reflect v1.77 ? You can check this by going into your Kindle settings -> Applications, and finding it in the list of installed applications.

It was. Just to be sure, I uninstalled and re-installed again. I'm back to zero yet again. If I go into trophies, it does show all those I achieved, but the games are all gone. I've tried synching, nothing. I'm willing to start over, if I must, as long as I don't lose it all again - but it's got to be saved somewhere, or why would all the achievements still be there? Is there any way to get my progress back?

HI Melanie. Is it showing the trophies in the in-game achievement list, or only from within the Gamecircle popup?
