We're really not sure why lots of users cannot sign into Quell+, but can sign into the other games. We've contacted Google and are awaiting a reply.
We'll take another look into this, and do all we can to get a repro. Sorry about the problem, and thanks for bearing with us a bit longer.
Collect the pearls on the hidden levels to complete them, exactly as in the normal levels. Further to this, there are hidden 'Time-pieces' on these levels which can be revealed and collected in the same manner as jewels.

Hope this clarifies it!
Time-piece portals allow the player to access 24 otherwise hidden levels.

Completing these earns an achievement.
Hi,

Progress synching is not currently supported on Amazon, although look out for the next updates to all the games, which add whispersync support. They are currently waiting for Amazon approval, and will save progress to the cloud automatically. Once you update, just complete a few levels to be on the safe side, and it should save the progress.

Thanks
Hi all,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Sorry for introducing this bug. We've found the cause, and will be rolling out new updates as soon as they are approved.

The fix will restore all progress, including any gold medals you earned previously, and any since also, so you should be able to keep playing and won't lose any of this progress.

Thanks
Hi Jayne,

in Quell Memento, every level has a hidden jewel, but only 24 levels have a hidden timepiece (one for every hour of the clock) - which in turn lead to hidden levels.

Hope this helps!
Hi Joris,

I'm afraid there are currently no plans to release Quell Memento in the remaining European countries on PS Vita.
We have been unsuccessful in recreating this problem on any device, including iPad 1.

We're inclined to think it is a memory issue, but cannot prove that.

In order to fully delete the game, including saves, it would be necessary to go into [Options > iCloud: Off] and then delete the app. Please bear in mind that in doing so you will lose all progress.

We recommend requesting a refund from the App store (sadly we can't issue them ourselves). To do so, follow these steps:

Go to the iTunes Store and check your account. It's in the top right corner. Once you're logged in, click 'See All>' under Purchase History. Scroll down until you see the big button that says 'Report a Problem'. Click that big button. Find the Quell app and select 'Report a Problem'. Write a detailed reason of the issue, citing that 'This application does not function as expected'.
