Lost all my progress on Amazon Quell Reflect. Tried to beat it again, and when I reopened it I lost my progress again.
You're not alone. I lost my progress on both Quell and Quell Reflect right after an update that added the jewels. Every single level has got a silver medal now, so I can still access all of them. I also still have the achievements I had before. But what I lost were the gold medals, the replays and the coins.
Agree. I experienced the same problem. To add to what you are saying, I tried to go back and replay the levels and get the gold medals. I get the perfect scores, but they are gone when I leave the game and come back to play it later. I like the jewels added to the game, but not if I lose my progress.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Sorry for introducing this bug. We've found the cause, and will be rolling out new updates as soon as they are approved.

The fix will restore all progress, including any gold medals you earned previously, and any since also, so you should be able to keep playing and won't lose any of this progress.

Just wanted to check on this problem - Love the game, but I am having the same issue. Any guess on when this update will roll out?
So, the update should already be out on Google Play and iOS. The updates are still in review on Amazon, as there was a problem with the new Amazon Kindle Fires we had to fix before they would accept the update. But that fix is done, so we're just waiting on their approval which we expect in the next few days. Thanks.
My progress is there, as are all my trophies, even the coins and gems, but all levels I did in perfect moves are wiped out - they show as silver, and stats say 0 perfect moves. Which is odd, because if you go into the individual level, the "previous best score" shows a perfect number of moves! Hopefully this patch will fix that.
I received an update today, and I still have the same problem. There was also an update to the Amazon appstore today as well. So I was wondering if this is the update that is supposed to fix this problem or if I just got an update because the Amazon appstore got an update and the update that fixes this issue is yet to be released. I know that doesn't make sense, but it is the only thing I can think of because the update was supposed to address this problem. If it is the update to fix the problem, it doesn't work. I still have all of my awards, jewels, accomplishments, and everything else, except levels perfect. It lists my perfect levels at 0/84. If I complete one perfectly, it will change to 1/84. If I leave the app and come back, it is 0/84.
The quell updates haven't been approved yet on Amazon, according to our devportal...
So, the update for Quell Memento has been approved on Amazon, so if you're affected by this it'd be great to know if this solves the problem.

The updates for Quell and Quell Reflect are being still held up until sometime next week, sorry.

sorry to necropost, but I am having this problem now with the newest version of quell reflect from the Amazon app store. Very frustrating! Is there perhaps another fix in the works? 

This just happened to me on Quell Zen+. All progress lost. 3/4 of the way through with perfect scores.
