You have to sacrifice the other raindrops on the spikey rose, so that your first raindrop can hit it more than once.

Here's a hint - it's directly beneath one of the ice cubes.

To get to it, you'll need one of the pushable blocks bringing into the main area.

When you navigate to a stage that you've already completed, on the screen where it shows all 4 levels at once in the window frame, it will display a brass ring next to any levels that contain a timekeeper portal.

To actually uncover the timekeeper portal, try and discover it in the same way as the hidden jewels. They are normally in the sneakiest place we could think of!

On the ipad 1, sometimes it is necessary to power off the device, and then power it back on. This frees some memory, and hopefully should help.
