When will Quell / Quell reflect on Amazon be getting the gems update that Android recently got?

So my dad recently got an update to the android version of Quell and Quell reflect that added gems to every single stage like Quell memento has.
I was wondering when Amazon users like myself would be getting the update.

Also, is there anything else that got changed in the update like updated perfect moves on a few levels in Quell reflect?
