Go to https://www.youtube.com/user/fallentre... and type the name of the level you are having problems with into the box labelled 'Search Channel'.

To access the bonus levels, you must tap an object in the environment (the room at the start of the game) THREE times, quickly. The object you should tap is:

Quell: The paintbox on the easel
Quell Reflect: The fan in front of the mirror

this should unlock the bonus levels!

This isn't something we've seen before, but we will certainly look into it. In the meantime, I suggest you try deleting and then re-installing the app.
