Quell and Quell Reflect are 'universal apps'. This means you only need to purchase each game once, and it will run on both devices (assuming your phone is an iPhone 3 or above).

We are trying to obtain a US Kindle Fire HD so that we can iron out this and any other problems.

Can you confirm whether you are experiencing these issues on the 8.9" 1920x1200 HD (US version), or the 7" 1024x600 HD (UK version)?

We'll update this thread when we have a plan of action, but rest assured, these problems will be addressed as soon as is possible.

For now, here is a cheat to unlock all levels:

Quell:
Unlock all levels by tapping the plaques in order: 1939, 1943, 1941, 1945, 1941, 1939
Reset hint tokens to 10: 1943, 1939, 1941, 1937, 1941, 1943

Quell Reflect:
Unlock all levels by tapping the plaques in order: 1967, 1972, 1970, 1974, 1970, 1967
Reset hint tokens to 10: 1972, 1967, 1970, 1964, 1970, 1972

De regstered: It sounds like you're confusing the picture frames with the plaques.

The plaques are to the right of the pictures, and have dates on them.

Ah, I think I misunderstood the question (I thought you meant your progress wasn't being saved).

The amount of 'moves' resets each time you restart the level. When you complete it, it shows your 'Previous Best'.

That's the way it is intended to play. Think of the incrementing number less as a 'score', and more as a 'move count' for this play session. Your objective is to come in under the 'target score'.
