Nick - get the latest update (1.6), and you should see your progress restored. Let me know if you do not :)
Good news! Amazon have just informed us that Quell Reflect has been reinstated to version 1.6.

This means that any saves you had before the erroneous roll-back to version 1.51 should now work again, assuming you hadn't progressed further in 1.51 than in 1.6.

In short, get the latest update and your saves should be restored!

I'm sorry you have experienced this problem. For some reason, it appears that the game version has rolled back from to 1.6 to 1.51, which is causing the removal of Game Circle. This was not something Fallen Tree Games initiated, and we are working with Amazon to reinstate the latest version.

If we can get the latest version reinstated quickly, it should resolve this issue.
