Have you updated the Quell game? Did you ever had it running or have you always had this problem?

We're really not sure what is causing this for some players, and only on the original Quell. It works in all of our testing. We'll keep looking into it though.
Some of the YouTube solutions are out of date, and have been bettered in a subsequent update.
