I can't sign in to Google+ with Quell.

I can't sign in Quell+ by my google account. I signed in Quell Free first, and I downloaded Quell+. But I can't sign in Quell+. What's the matter?

We're really not sure why lots of users cannot sign into Quell+, but can sign into the other games. We've contacted Google and are awaiting a reply.
We have yet to receive any advice from Google, but this workaround may help some...

1. Go to the Google Settings app
2. Select Apps with Google+ Sign In
3. Make sure the appropriate Google account is selected at the top of the page
4. Select Quell from the list.
5. Select Activities visible via Google to
6.Change the presented setting (i.e. from Public to Your Circles)

If that works, the problem should be solved and you can repeat the above steps to return to your preferred settings.

Alternatively, you can disconnect the app causing the problem (Settings app > Apps with Google+ Sign In > App > Disconnect App), which should have a similar effect.

Do let us know if this helps at all.

@Lewis: It doesn't work for me.
But it's interesting that the game was connected to G+ (in the G+-settings-list) but can't log into G+ in the game.

It's not that bad at all - both of the other Quell+-games are working well on connecting and logging in.
My English isn't that well - I'm from Germany ... xD

apologies that you too have suffered from this on-going issue. We don't currently have a fix, but will post here as and when we do.

Great news. We've submitted builds to Google Play which we believe will fix this issue, and early indications are that they do.

I hadn't seen an update reflecting the new build mentioned above so I uninstalled Quell Momento and reinstalled it from the Google Play store. The application information shows that I have version 1.09. I'm still not able to login using Google+. I receive the following error message: 'Unknown issue with Google Play services.' I've tried the suggestions above with no luck.

I'm able to login using Google+ in Quell and every other application using it as an authentication mechanism. This error only happens in Quell Momento.

If it matters, I have the application installed on a Nexus 7 running Android 4.4.2.

Here's hoping that this issue *really* gets resolved. I'd like to be able to take advantage of the additional perks that come from being signed in.
Should be fixed now.
I've been told multiple times now that this issue has been 'fixed', but I just tried again today and the same error message appears. It's very frustrating to receive these types of communications only to find that the issue still exists.
Apologies, Thomas. Our previous update of 15 days has been resolved the problem for many of our users.

We're looking into it again, now.

Ah. It might worth trying again in a few hours, as I've noticed this message in the developer portal:

The changes you made seemed to do the trick as I'm now able to sign in using Google+. Thank you so much for the communications and ultimate resolution to my issue.
Thanks for your feedback and patience Thomas! Sometimes mobile can be a challenging platform to develop for, as there are thousands of different devices and a fix on one device may not necessarily fix it on another.

Looks like this update should be a step in the right direction anyway, so thanks for helping us figure it out.
