Quell Memento 6 Chapter special not available on all devices

I bought the Memento 6 Chapter Special for 2.99 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablet on May 2. All the chapters opened and became available on the Samsung but not on my Droid Mini smartphone. I cannot find where the issue is--shouldn't the purchased "chapter special" be available on all my android devices once purchased? Any thoughts or solutions would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Patsy,

I'm sorry you've experienced an issue.

All purchases made should be visible on all copies of the same game on different android devices that are connected to the same account on Google Play, assuming syncing is turned on. You might need to press 'Check for Missing Purchases'.

Thank you for your reply, Lewis. I have gone through all the trouble shooting I can--including making sure syncing is turned on. When I check my Google Play account and list of purchases/apps I don't see an option to "check for missing purchases" (?). Maybe I'll try deleting and reinstalling the apps and Google Play?
Not sure what else to do.

Good idea. Might be worth a try.

If it doesn't work, I can issue a refund for the purchase.
