That's some valid points Svata. We'll do further testing and do all we can to restore the higher res textures in the next Memento update (as well as the previous games). Thanks for the feedback!
Excellent, RK. I take it the new update fixed the issue?
Hi Lucinda

Thankyou for letting us know about this issue. Which model of the iPad do you have?

I know this is an obvious question, but are both the mute switch and the volume button on the side of the ipad set to on / full, and the volume setting in the game options menu set to on and full volume ?
Hi Svata

In the latest updates, any phones with resolution 800x600 or under are using the smaller texture set. We did this to try to avoid some of the older phones running out out of memory, which was particularly an issue with Quell Memento as it uses more textures.

However, we'll take another look into this as it sounds like it is more noticeable than we expected.

Thanks
Quell and Quell Reflect on iOS have been updated to support the more reliable cloud method which should solve this.
This is fixed in the latest versions. Thanks for your help tracking it down.
We're looking into why sometimes it doesn't seem to sync, but in the meantime this is all we can suggest:

1) make sure you're logged into Google in-game on both devices.
2) Try completing a level on on or both devices, and then check the progress screen to see if it updates. Sometimes the synch isn't immediate, so try waiting a few minutes.

Thanks!
