Hi I was wondering how can I opt back in for GameCircle for Quell Reflect on Kindle Fire? I originally opted out, but I decided I wanted to use the GameCircle for Quell Reflect and I can't find the option to opt in anywhere. Thanks!

I just wanted to congratulate you for creating such entertaining and beautiful games like Quell and Quell: Reflect.

I also want to congratulate you even more for making them in such a way that they do not require any special permission to run on Android. I am VERY meticulous about this, and I wouldn't have bought Quell: Reflect if this was not the case.

In response to Quell for the Kindle Fire HD, let me report exactly what is happening so that you will know what to look for as this Fire HD is not in the UK at the moment.
First of all, I had originally given your product 2 stars when it first came out as it was very buggy, but your tech department was great and everything was fixed within a week. I changed my rating at Amazon to 5 stars and mentioned in my review what a very good support program you have. I got the new Kindle Fire and Quell runs fine -- not so with the Fire HD. The three major problems are:

1. The touch is not as smooth and fluid as on the Fire 2nd generation.
Sometimes, you have to swipe more than once to have the bubble start moving.
2. The resolution of the Kindle Fire HD is greater than the regular Fire and this needs to be compensated for as the images are too large on the HD version. You are not able even to see the clock on the beginning play screen.
3. When using solutions, you are unable to leave this mode (top of the screen, click here to return to normal mode) unless you repeatedly tap the screen multiple times, each one harder than the previous one, until it finally responds.

I love the game on my android phone but it's like having a florescent light that is going out. There are weird flashes and it's uncomfortable to look at for very long. That's not a good combination as I am addicted to this wonderful game! Any advice would be appreciated. Oh... it happens both with the regular Quell and Quell Reflect.

The final level of Quell called short supply shows a perfect solve in 27 moves but I can only get it in 30 no matter how I try. The solution that is posted on your YouTube site shows it solved in 32 moves...is there an error here? It can easily be done in 30 but it's the only level I can't solve perfectly. Please advise. I just purchased an iPad. I already have purchased the game Quell for my iPhone. Can I download the game (since already purchased) from my iCloud, or do I need to purchase it again for my iPad?

I downloaded quell on my iPhone. Am trying to open it on I pad but I only see "installed" but cannot open it. iCloud is enabled. Phone is ios 6.1 iPad is 5.1 "version is up to date".
I love game but want to also play on iPad.
Please help!!
