To answer your questions:

It always crashes just after the profile icon loads.

I've tried everything I could think of. Restart phone, uninstall/reinstall, remove a bunch of other apps to make sure of space, uninstall/clear memory cache/reinstall, and uninstall/clear memory cache/restart phone/reinstall.

Purchased from Google Play. I live in Central America and can't buy digital media from Amazon.

My phone has always been a bit squirrelly, so that may be the problem. I'd have returned it, but warranty service in this area basically consists of taking your item away for six weeks and maybe fixing it.

The phone always asks if I want to send a crash report, which I've done several times. Does that go to you or to Samsung?
