I've reported some of these separately, so my reports are dupes. I suspect there are also sub-Perfect solutions involving moving multiple raindrops simultaneously, as there were in the previous games in the series.

Suspiciously, Game Center on iOS doesn't update for better than perfect.

As an update: there is also a race condition with the spirit in this puzzle. Fast solvers can solve in 5, using >, v, >, ^, <.
