Why can't I buy coins on my iphone?

I get the following message when I try to purchase coins on my iphone:

"This is not a Test User account. Please create a new account in the Sandbox environment. {Environment: Sandbox]

We are sorry you have experienced this problem.

Can you tell us which game you are having the issue with? Also, was this problem noticed when you were buying coins, or buying 'Super Rewind' or 'Jewel Detector'?
