Under review

After update won't load. Reinstalled and it gets to the logo and then crashes. Any suggestions? I love the game. Very frustrating.

Working with first generation iPad. Screen says quell then blinks, then quell again,then the fallen tree logo comes on and then the screen goes to black and back to desktop. Have reinstalled twice using different modems, in different cities. Was thinking that a change of latitude would change its attitude. No dice. Nancy

Does the game work if you then try to run it a second time, or does this crash happen all the time?

I have the same problem with my iPhone 5. It started after I was finally able to purchase more coins (an issue I raised here on the message board with no response), but they wouldn't download into the game. I tried reinstalling it many times from both my computer and the phone itself via iCloud, but it still won't work. It's really disappointing that we've got to use this means of contacting Fallen Tree Gamesand get no response. Great game - if it works.

We're trying to fully understand your problem. We haven't heard of a problem in trying to purchase coins, and would appreciate more details of your issue, so we can try to diagnose where the problem might be. Which Quell game are you playing?

Playing Quell Memento...I had same thing happen when I purchased coins... Game crashed and I have reinstalled 4 times but won't open just keeps closing!!!! :(
