Can't find the time portal in Illumination Stage 3, Level 4. Have tried everything! Any hints?

Nearly all the copper ring puzzles require you to do something that renders the current board unsolvable. Try messing around with pushing the spikes in directions that are not useful to the main puzzle solution, and see what blocks that opens up for you!

I assume that you can get both bubbles out of the "cage". Push the spike at the bottom into the RIGHT corner (opposite of the solution). Yes, this will kill a bubble! Bring your other bubble on top of that spike and bash horizontally. Good luck!
